When : October 15th
Where: At North Star Raceway
Time: 10 am - 4Pm
What to bring: Gloves, Tool selection (Wrenches hammers Cordless drivers etc.)
Report to: Fred inside ATCO
Tasks to Include (plus ?)
Winterizing Washroom (I have anti Freeze)
Oil change on small engine equipment (I will get oil)
Winterizing pumps (return for storage) along with hoses
Tidy up and clean ATCO
Perimeter fence walk and repairs (If required)
Moving top soil to West paddock area for Seeding (Where marked)
Seeding new West paddock area and between BBQ Shack and ATCO
(Possibly finish siding on Crows Nest)
Lubricate all padlocks and gate hinges
Garbage pick up
General tidy up of loose equipment around circuit and disposal if required
If you are short on volunteer hours for your General RVF Check refund this is an ideal time to come and work some off (6 hrs)

So far I have only had 2 replies to confirm attendance. .. some of the work requires rented equipment which is costly and would take a few more people to complete. Before I commit your funds to this equipment I need some volunteers.... this is the last chance for RVF hours this year and I have the checks sorted ready to deposit on the following monday.. if you can come e mail me

8" and 10" with a 10" extension .. obviously we need the whole machine as well.
