2017 Auto Truck show available volunteer shifts

Josh I have put you in for Thursday 6pm - 10pm and Saturday 2pm - 6pm

Mitch you are in Saturday 10 am - 2pm

Garrett (I have a new noise box Smith) Thursday 10 am - 2pm and Friday same shift.

Dean .. I have all of you in Sunday .. are you wanting Saturday evening too ?

OK Guys and Galls ...We are full .... Thanks to some of you who have done double shifts, to some that offered who also did WOW show too I have spread some extra shifts to those who could not attend WOW.

Please check V10 to see where you are placed in the schedule.

Plenty more Volunteer hours coming up at the beginning of the year at the circuit when we get some of the capital projects rolling.

As usual passes will be picked up at the show office by the main entrance pay booths inside BMO Center. This year we are in a slightly different place (Just as you enter into Hall D) please arrive 15 mins before your shift.

I will e mal final instructions shortly before show start date .

Hi Fred,

I noticed that all the shifts are full, but just in case I will like to help on Wednesday from 3pm to 6:30pm, and on Thursday from 10am to 2pm, I'm traveling later that night.
