Volunteer / Work Party –task lists –individuals or in groups may consider one of these tasks to reclaim hours against their Refundable Volunteer Fees.

Help with Installation of structure to hold Pixel light system.

Stain garbage enclosure

Hookup utilities for ATCO bathroom building

Seed the track and paddock area

Disassemble planks from newly donated bleachers rub down using wire brush ready for welding.

Fence around the storm water pond (post to push into ground)

Install steel gate post on Pre-grid West side

Assembling and staining picnic tables

Sod next to BBQ shack (plan and price)

Install sidewalk pavers alongside BBQ shack Eastside to make sidewalk

Mowing East Berm (track side), paddock and spectator parking (Club Ride on Mower available)

Other additional tasks needing completion:

- dig and install post for gate on Spectator parking area
- re-install sliding glass doors on results board (doors are inside the North Star SeaCan) and needs some half inch aluminum "L" as a secure channel for doors.
- Grass sod for between the ATCO clubhouse and the BBQ shack
- placing of 2"x2" paving stones for pathways to the ATCO bathroom building
