Kid Kart 2016

Post by Hillbilly »

Guys,

This is what we have planned for this year...

This is just a heads up that Kid Kart will be on Wednesday evenings this year.

The sessions will be from 4:00 - dusk.

4:00 - 4:45 - unloading and on track warm up.

4:45 - 5:30 - lead follow lessons focusing on new skills each night.

5:30 - dusk - open track practice.

Everything is subject to change depending on weather and participant abilities.

Saturday's on Race Weekends, Kid Karts can run at lunchtime from 12:00 a 12:45. Parents to supervise.

Kid Kart fees are targeted at $300 this year.

Fred / Joey / Craig / John - if I missed anything, please chime in.

The Kid Karts were also to be on track at lunchtime on Race days too.

Clarification on the Saturday lunchtime running.

Saturday's on Race Weekends, Kid Karts can run at lunchtime from 12:00 a 12:45. Parents to supervise.

This is if any show-up and if they are there they are to run continuously through that time period as Kid Kart only. It will become the defacto lunchtime for all other classes. We will try to have this on the event calendar page.

Just a thought but If things start at 4 then people need to be pulling out of Calgary by about 3. Considering a lot of people work until 5, traffic in town, etc. I doubt many are going to be on track much before 6.

whether you are already into Karting and are looking for something for your child or are like myself who is all new to this world of fun please don't hesitate to ask.

Our first session will be on Wednesday May the 4th ... preregister by emailing the emails above... owning your own Kid Kart at this time is unnecessary... come on down and rent one of ours to give it a try!

See you then
