Combination Locks at the Track

Reminder: The combination locks used at the track do not lock when closed (like a key lock). You MUST close the lock fully and SCRAMBLE the code to lock the lock.
We are finding locks that have been pushed closed (not locked) and the code left for all to see.
Please scramble the code and PULL the lock to ensure that it is in fact locked before walking away.
