Just to let Calgary shifters know that there is a movement at EDKRA to either move the shifters to Wednesday night with the DD2s or eliminate the class

That is unfortunate. What is the specific reason for this? Few entries or some events with no entries?

At the CKRC a class needs to maintain a minimum average number of entries to remain as one of this club's core classes. Over the years at some events there would be no shifter entries and others a decent number of entries. A long time ago the CKRC mandated that the Shifter Class was not to be held to this minimum and would always remain as one of the club championship classes.

There is a debate going on the Edkra Facebook page

I put a comment on the Facebook thread. Seems mostly like a time management issue. Hopefully, it can be handled with a few adjustments.
