Our AGM/Special resolution meeting will be held on Thursday Oct 22, 2020 via Zoom.
The meeting link was emailed to members earlier this week.
Unfortunately we could not find a venue to hold a live meeting.
Topics:
1. Recap of 2020.
2. Resolution to update the CKRC bylaws to reflect the size of the club we have become.
3. Tire choices for 2020.
4. Other club items.
5. Election of the 2021 Executive, we have 6 positions open:
a. President – overall Club responsibility
b. VP Finance and Treasurer – with assistance from our paid bookkeeper
c. VP of Marketing and Member Development – all marketing of club – driver development
d. VP of Facility and Technology – oversee all the physical assets of the club, track paddock and technology
e. VP of Track Operations and Safety – oversee all track operations, Races, T&T, Driver safety
f. VP Legal and Secretary – responsible for all legal and society matters, recording of all minutes.
g. All of these positions have the support of paid CKRC staff.
6. New Business
We have a few quality members stepping up for executive positions, however we are still in need of a few more nominees that include VP Finance and Treasurer, VP Legal and Secretary and general VP positions. Please contact myself if you would like to stand in for one of these important executive positions and help steer the future of the club.
