NOTICE OF MEETING
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Calgary Kart Racing Club will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom, for the following purposes:
- to receive the 2022 Executive and coordinator reports;
- to appoint the auditors;
- to recognize 2022 Gold Membership recipients;
- to elect/appoint the 2023 CKRC Executive; and
- to conduct any other business that may come properly before the meeting.
The final agenda and other pre-meeting information will be provided before the meeting. If you have items you would like added to the AGM agenda, please let me know at [email protected]. As has been customary, the AGM is expected to be followed by a club meeting with the new executive and no fixed agenda.
Executive Position Candidates
For item 4, a call for nominations/volunteers was made at the October 25 club meeting. As a reminder, we have 4 positions with incumbents willing to volunteer another year and 1 position (Secretary) that will need to be filled at the AGM. For more information than is appropriate here, contact the club secretary. Candidates will be finalized by November 15, 2022.

Voting Proxies
All voting members received a proxy form (link) with their notice of meeting sent via email on November 6th. Proxy forms must be completed by the end of day Saturday November 26, 2022.
