I bought this one and it works well. Uses 17mm socket which is same size as outer clutch nut.

Re: VLR premix oil
Hello All,
I use Motul 800, available from everywhere and about $100 for 4 liters. My biggest concern is that I/we use an oil that will hold up to the
heat and high rpm that we run... I vote this as a spec oil.

Re: 2022 VLR Roll Call
Hello All, So I have a couple of things for discussion, I believe we should have the engines opened on the top three finishers after every final race, lets face it, it is only 2 springs and 4 nuts. This would save us the cost of having our engines teched and sealed by an independent party. I would a...

Re: 2022 ROK VLR
Hi Fred and vlr class
I believe we should adopt the same rules as rock Cup USA with weight classes and 190 plus.
Opening the senior weight to 350 will open up more drivers to be able to race in senior class. Or enforce rules people over 32 have to race and masters
Thanks, Glenn

Re: 2021 Drivers List
Well my participation depends on tire choice... levantos good... maxxis bad...
how many races will depend on my new rotax engine package and how I do with 1 more class of racing.

Re: Vortex VLR 100 - FAQ
Hey David, I chased some rpm issues with my first engine last year, after starting to use the second engine which had no issues I swapped a couple of parts in order to diagnose what was causing the lack of top end rpm ( could no longer get over 14100 with engine 1) engine 2 topped out at 15500. Due ...

Re: What tires do you have left ?
Since it seems we can not use the mojo tires that the 4 stroke classes are moving to because of the conflict of Rok Cup and Rotax, I move that we follow Rok Cup rules for 2021 and use the tires that we would race with them which would be the LeVanto KRT tires by LeCont. I also believe that we need t...
