Re: What tires do you have left ?

Just spoke to Joey and the likely hood that the Bridgestone will dry up mid season is high. Considering 2021 is their last year i think we should dismiss Bridgestone all together ... if we are looming at a tire that will in theory last all year buying 1 set is not a problem and having a Kart shop st...

Re: What tires do you have left ?

OK not too bad but in my opinion fairly good life left.. would probably have done another 2 -3 hrs but generated way way too much grip. They were in a worse state than JK Maxxis .

Re: What tires do you have left ?

Oh and if you are going to consider an open tire just spec Le Cont as thats what everyone will gravitate to anyway .. and they will probably be the new Vortex ROK tire anyway.

Re: What tires do you have left ?

6" mojo D2 is the worst tire in the World .. be careful of what you ask for . You will.also go through more sets a year (3 is my guess after working with them at WCKC with Miles ) I am not even sure if ROK would still put up the seats to Vegas if we were to use their major rivals branded tires....

Re: New for 2021 - Trailer and Storage Questions

The VLR is by far the cheapest class to run ( we make it that way) and has more get up and go than a Briggs (2nd cheapest class to run) puts out decent power without the beat you up cornering forces of a Rotax. Easy to work on (and you can rebuild them yourself total rebuild around $800 ) The abilit...

What tires do you have left ?

Just looking at the reasonable priced tire for 2021 .. John Kwong tested the Maxxis tire during the 3 hour Enduro and it held up really well and performed better than the Vega Green (his opinion) he later tried them on his shifter. 7.1 rears with a bigger contact profile. He believes you would only ...

Re: Fuel supplier

This rule does not allow the use of performance additives, only gasoline and oil may be used. Spec gasoline the fuel must register +/10 po...

Re: Fuel supplier

Mark, What is the cyclohexane testing method? What is the tolerance/variation that the club allows, and do we have a sense as to what level of “contamination” from prior fuel would result in a failed test? While I suspect it might be a while before I and my family will be finishing in a position wh...
