It sounds like most, if not all, are in favor of a limit on tire sets, so I think the big question is should it be 4 or 5?
The next question would be who would like to be class rep? I was thinking maybe Pat Boschman?

It sounds like I will be on a team with a VLR. Hopefully at least marginally faster than the Briggs.

It shouldn't be a problem at all. As Fred stated, many engines don't get the luxury of a warm winter. Make sure to drain the carb, and you should be fine.
