Re: Race Sim - seats?

I purchased a Playseat Revolution a number of years ago, and I've been quite happy with it.
It's basic, but functional. Cost was around $400. I wanted the Red Bull F1 one, but it was far more than twice the price.

Re: Try a Kart Video

Great job there Brent!
I'd love to work with you to create one that we can put up on our Try A Kart page. We'll chat next time at the track!

Thanks for the great effort!

Re: Kart Numbers

Joey @ Overdrive sells the yellow backing and numbers, so that's the quickest and easiest. He's usually at the track most Thursday nights.

If you want customized ones, check online, there are lots of options. godecalzone, eBay, or any of the other specialty shops like JakeDesigns, KartDavid.....

That's great to see! And a very interesting way of getting people and their karts to the event. This definitely has my interest.

Re: F1 movie

I'm going with a couple of buddies from work. They just said it was a special one night showing about a Ferrari. Good to know a few more details... :)
It's always great when they release one of these.

Re: Enduro 2017 Wrapup

My only thought was that if you're going to have weight classes, then all drivers on a team should make that weight, or really what's the point. With the Try A Kart Heavy team which finished 3rd in class, every driver easily made weight; I believe the same was true of Scott's team. Otherwise, why ha...

Re: Lost & Found

Found a Light blue hoodie hanging on the pre-grid fence Monday night. It has a fluorescent yellow zipper.
I know who that belongs to....

Also found a black hat with a white logo at Saturday's Try A Kart. It's in the bin.

But doesn't that defeat having any Heavy or Light classes in the first place?

Re: Rotax

Great detective work there John!!! I agree completely with you that sticking with Rotax is the way to go, as there is a sizable inventory of used parts & gear available in the local market. Mixing in other classes such as the X30 only complicates things dramatically, and will ultimately kill the...
