I will most likely borrow Alan's kart for a few races. Nice thing about the Briggs- change the slide in about two minutes, & the Jr becomes a Sr.

Re: 4-cycle class for 2012
The ASN regs have a weight of 340lbs, which would be the "light" class. Saskatoon runs their "heavy" class at 395lbs. I have spoken to Dave Campbell, who is the president of the Saskatoon club, & he offered to run with the weight we decide on. As John stated, the norm would b...

Re: Rotax Masters own race
I believe in the last race there was 10 in the masters class, & I think with the closure of Race City, this will most likely be the fastest growing class next season. I had a lot of fun doing my first full day of kart racing, & from what I heard from others, they really enjoyed it as well. I...

Re: What to do on raceday when you are new.
Gates should be open by 7:00 a.m. Registration, I believe runs until 8:30, with drivers meetint @ 9:00. Frst practice is normally at 9:30. Sup regs should be posted tonight under "rules & regulations"

Re: Briggs L0206 info
Dan, the J1 #s were actually up last year over 2009, & are looking to grow significantly for 2011. If we made a "club" class with clone engines(which goes against your belief that all classes should be ASN spec) we would lose about 1/2 of those. We should be fielding a class of 8 - 14 ...

Re: Briggs L0206 info
And stud the tires & re-enforce the nose to be used as a plow. Sounds like fun, but i am not sure if studded tires are in the regs either.

Re: Briggs L0206 info
Dan, I believe the season is over, & the 2011 supp regs have not yet been established. Any help/ suggestions on the new sup regs I am sure would be welcomed by the class reps
Thanks

Re: Briggs L0206 info
I also recall Joey saying that there are about 13 templates that the head has to match, so head work would be very limited.
