New CKRC member but won't be able to attend rookie school

Hi everyone,
This summer would be my first seasons as a CKRC member and I was told one of the requirement is to attend the rookie school on April 27. Unfortunately I just found out today that I will be out of town for work on that day, I was wondering what are my options not being able to attend?

Thanks, actually I just got an email back from my work and they had a mistake in the dates anyway so turns out I'll be in town for rookie school after all :)
