Pushback bumper conversion

Post by John Kwong »

I have a couple older karts that had nosecones that could not directly bolt on the new pushback bumper system. I have been getting some inquiries from others in the same situation and wanted to share my successful pushback bumper conversion.

I used a hole saw to gain access to inside the nosecone to be able to put fender washers and lock nuts

The Arrow bodywork already had a built-in mounting system that used a central bolt to attach the solid couplers. I used those holes and drilled a hole in the middle of the pushback bumper mount and mounted it that way.
