Race 9 and 10 incorporates the final 2 rounds of the ROK Cup as well as the ABSO ......Just looking to see If all Classes would like to run the ROK Cup format of
ROK Cup will run OPTION 1 REGARDLESS.

OPTION 1
Practice 5 mins (Practice times set the grid for )
Race 1 6 Laps
Race 2 10 Laps
Race 3 12 Laps

or the Standard

OPTION 2
Practice 5 mins
Quali 6 mins
Pre Final 10 Laps
Final 12 Laps

Quick Option 1 or Option 2 reply would be good ... Ends tonight at 5pm

VLR = option 1 (by default)
Briggs = option 2 (option 1 forces people to run 4 sessions when 3 sessions may only been needed, reduces tire wear.)

edit: option 1 is funner by far, just conscious of the current tire situation.

Option one is the more enjoyable of the two in my opinion
