This is a list of items the club is seeking donations of or financing for. I will update the list as time goes on.

- Porta-Potties. Minimum 3 required. $700 each.
- Shrink-Wrap for tire barriers $500.
- Used Tires for safety barriers -we need thousands. Free at any tire shop; you just need to haul them to the track.

- Marshall post light system - http://www.pixelmotorsport.com/products_/4flags - Roughly quoted at $11,000
- Motorized Gate system with electronic access system - $10,000
- Replacement tractor to pull our lawn mower - $16,000
- New Timing Computer and Timing System components - $1,500 - DONE - Thank You Anytime Fitness / Mark Hillier (Donation)
- Gas cards to help volunteers cover additional fuel expense to Strathmore - $500 - DONE- Thank You Snap-On Tools / Phil Haggarty (Donation)
- Post hole digging and general Bobcat work $3,000 DONE - Thank You Markus Kottman

If you are unable to contribute in a financial way then there are still plenty of opportunities for you to contribute to the success of the facility by volunteering your time, tools, equipment, expertise, contacts, etc. The task we are trying to accomplish is unheard of for a Canadian karting club to complete on its own. The CKRC has already done it once at Varsity Speed Park and we are proving to the rest of the country that we can do it again.

Thank you to Roy White of SageLink http://sage-link.com for the supply of an excavator, operator and coordinated support to help the CKRC take a huge leap forward to complete much needed work at the Pivot Field Motorsport Park. We now have a storm water pond dug out, a huge amount of fill excavated and moved on site to complete the gradients needed between the track lanes.

Thank you Varsity Chrysler for the great Dodge Caravan which we will now use for our Medical Care vehicle and the Jeep will be our kart recovery vehicle.

do we still need used tires for barriers? i know the post is old but i have access to old tires if we still need more. any updates on the list?

No, I believe we are good. We have more tires by the West fence if we need them.

We do need more landscape bags for used kart tires. These are the big bags that dirt or mulch come in.
