Will there be any negotiating with members if we would like to get a 4 bay C-can instead of the 6? A 12x8' layout is what I am looking for and would justify a premium in the price.

To Prospective Rental Bay Tenants,

The rental bay container program is going to be discontinued for the time being for a couple reasons. Other related costs have come to bear and there were only two prepaid and 3 other interested parties committed to the project which did not meet the minimum of 6. With the pending season upon us and many facility improvements needing to be done ASAP, the executive does not have the time or energy to pursue this any further. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Is there a possibility of being able to leave Trailers on site through the season?

Yes, the reserved parking space program that was at Varsity Speed Park will continue. Rates and organization are still to be determined.
