This year we will have 4 Kid Kart Try a Kart evenings (in addition to the regular Try a Kart days that offer Kid Karts)

These events are for children 5 - 8 years old.

These events will run from 5:00 - 8:00 as follows:

May 10
June 7
July 26
August 30

A BBQ Hotdog Meal Will be Provided.

Each child will be paired up with a coach, all safety gear and a kid kart will be provided. We will make sure the the child fits the kart and is comfortable, understands the flags and the rules of the track, and we will get them on the track for safe and noncompetitive lapping sessions.

Cost:
$150 for the first session, $200 for the second session. The cost is higher than the regular Try a Kart days that offer Kid Karts because considerably more track time is offered.

We had a great night last night. We had 2 new Kid Karters out and 8 regulars.

As of right now, we have one open spot for a 5-8 year old at the July 26th Kid Kart Try-A-Kart. I think the August event has 4 spots left.

As of right now, we have 2 spots left in the August 30th Kid Kart Try-A-Kart event. This is the last Kid Kart Try-A-Kart session of the year.

This is an event where prospective Kid Karters aged 5-8 are given the opportunity to spend up to 2 hours lapping in a CKRC kid kart. Each kid is paired with a mentor and sent out on the track to try karting in a safe and non competitive manner. This program also gives parents a taste of the kid kart program so they can see first hand how we run this program and ensure the safety of the participants.
