In case we get enough entries to hold the event I have signed up. I am looking for one or two drivers I have a kart we can use. Let me know.

Seems like they have reverted to the 3 hour format, it seems like they are using the rules from previous years based on what I can recall. The missing part is "stock appearance", I imagine this is just an oversight and there wouldn't be issues. The last few years the Juniors have run according to the class rules. Including the J2 and JR Max in the senior enduro is a fun idea I think.
