Hi All,

I wanted to initiate a "Honey Do" list for our facility that will give members a chance to take on projects to work off their RVF hours.

Re-Paint Scale Pad
- Requires Trem Clad standard medium Blue

Re-Furbish Bleacher
- We have one more bleacher that needs re-furbishing that is sitting at the South end of the facility
- Old plank seating needs to be removed
- Wire brush loose paint off
- Requires Trem Clad standard medium Blue
- 10"x12' planks from UFA
- Hardware to secure planks

Re-Marking of West Parking area with new/more Whiskers
- Whiskers are available at Spatial Technology https://spatialtechnologies.ca/products/stake-whiskers
- Blake Newson can direct you to where these are needed

Weed Whacking
- This needs to be done all season to keep the facility looking good
- I believe there are still gas powered units available at the facility for members to use

Grass Cutting
- The small mower was repaired last Fall and should be good to go, easy to operate

Line painting edge of track

Curb Re-Paiinting

Weed spraying edge of track to control asphalt erosion

Pre-Grid Number Re-Painting

West Paddock needs to be harrowed to flatten out soft spots so when they dry out they will be flat.

Track Crack Filling
- Cracks need to be filled to avoid water penetration and erosion of the gravel base below
- QUAD by LePage would work well for the larger cracks that haven't closed with the frost heaves lowering.

Maybe somebody to paint the new Medic Tower white too, it would make it blend in more? Don

Washroom signs. Staples sells women and men plastic signs. We need to buy them and bolt them next to the appropriate doors. no more duct tape, no more sharpies.
