Hi everyone,
Looking for clarity on Briggs holographic seal eligibility for club competition.
Are you allowed to race but your results do not count if you finish in the top 3 and have to go through tech inspections?
Or are they only allowed to be used in test and tune sessions?
Thanks

Re: Briggs seals
You won't even get past Tech first thing on race day mornings. Test and Tune is ok. Race days, not a chance.

Re: Briggs seals
Technically you would be allowed to run. You would get a dq in qualifying regardless of position, and would have to count that for the season championship. After that, the top five get teched after each race, so you would only see a dq if you were in the top five, or someone protested. I have also suggested doing tech on top five, plus two random karts, to help discourage anyone from playing games farther back, so if they ever decide to do that, then there is also a potential dq for the races as well. Rookies have to start at the back for three races anyway, so if you're just trying to get experience, I don't think anyone would object to someone being on track for a race with no chance of being scored anywhere other than last, but it wouldn't seem like money well spent.
