Reminder: No More Metal Skid Plates

Post by CRG63 »

Morning all!
Melinda and I were doing some Tech training yesterday with Joey and the three of us noticed the following update from the CKRC Supplemental Regs

8.17. Modification: Metal skid plates will no longer be permitted starting in the 2026 racing season.

Last year, they were allowed, this year they will not pass tech. Just a reminder :D

Plastic ones work great, better coverage on the rails and I haven't had to replace them yet in 3 years.
