Steve O:
I will be at the track with Craig and his son (working their way up to rookie race #i in J1) this Sunday (tomorrow) just after lunch/noon. Maybe see you then or in coming T&T's.
My basic thoughts are:
One person boss and Seacan key holder who delegates and knows the current status of all individual club machines (all on paper)
Volunteers work on try-a-kart days and on personal free time and on club machines (like me). I may be free on posted days plus other times and will work on club machines plus posted days, depending on family mustdo's, but in all cases will do tech work off paper job sheets from you and be on time. Everyone who volunteers chooses what they can do best and delivers to the club..team effort to/for the club. I use all my own tools/work at the track, use club materials, and am on time (job must do's) for the next date. Nobody has keys but you (no shrinkage). Same for everyone else..
Cheers, DML..

Hey,

My name is Jack and I volunteered for the first time by marshalling for round 5 during race day. I was unable to volunteer for the double header unfortunately. I had a great time volunteering first time and would be very happy to help the club by volunteering on the 10th and 24th. Put me down for sure, and I might be able to bring a friend along as well who might be interested in racing.

Thanks again for a great first time. Looking forward to the 10th.

Thank you,

Jack

Thanks for volunteering Jack! Without our officials, we are unable to race, so it is always appreciated. We are always looking for volunteers and racers.

Thanks Gord, Uwe & Jack!!!

We are closing in on our target for volunteers, which is awesome! :)

Jack, if your friend is interested in racing and wants to try a kart, have him email [email protected]
We still have a fair number of seats available for the 10th date, and the 24th is looking quite open at the moment. But that will change quickly.

Thanks again guys!

I can help out on the 24th, unfortunately I have a wedding to attend on the 10th. Looking forward to it.

Thomas.

Thanks Thomas, I've got you down for the August 24th date.

Are you going to be racing on August 11th?

There are a few tires that need to be changed and the fleet should be good to go.

Again, I can do the clutch if I can get my hands on it. I will change tires too if you like, I just need access to the rims and tires.
Thanks Mark. Once I get access to the sea-can I'll touch base with you and see what we can work out.

Add me to the August 24th list as well as my previous commitment to the August 10th date.
