I get my decal removing wheel today and gave it a try. I tried it dry at first which seemed to mostly smear the tire mark. I then sprayed some WD40 on the tire mark and then used the wheel and that seemed to work a lot better as it was able to break down the tire mark. Once it was loose enough I just wiped off the mark and cleaned the residue off the wheel so it would be good for next time.

Looks good John. I wonder if the difference in me not having to use any WD40 was that it sat in the 30 deg. and direct sun for couple hours and heated up the rubber. Looks like you did yours in a garage.
