I will be at the track at 1:45 until 3 or 3:30, hopefully there will be no rain.

Hi Gary,
James and I may be there as long as it is not raining. Do you have a key and the combinations to close the track and will you be the volunteer Practice Supervisor for this T&T? Thank you.

Hi Gil, I still have to complete my Practise Supervisor trainee night. At this point I DO NOT have the key or combos. So unless someone else (that is qualified) is plannng on going tonight we may be out of luck.

I am a Practice Supervisor and I have the keys and combo, but I have been doing the last 2 Sessions and would like to focus on my son James set up. So if someone would supervise I would be willing to close the track at 9 PM as long as it does not rain and everyone is out of the gates by 9 PM as I have to leave.
