Tire Life MaxOne vs Mojo

The question came up again over the Alberta Shoot Out Weekend why we changed from Mojo that lasted a lot longer (maybe all season in 4-stroke) to the MaxOne by Vega.
The decision was made at club meetings in the offseason after much discussion and posting on the website. While testing showed faster laptimes and good longevity at the end of the day there was also no practical alternative.
The new Rotax Max organizer for North America was not bringing in the Mojo in any quantity - nor could anything else be sourced in bulk (i.e at a good price point) other than the Vegas.
So for spec tire classes the MaxOne tire was effectively the only choice. Anything else would likely be more expensive still.
And they are nice to drive once you have the set up
