2025 ENDURO

Post by phil »

Is there enough interest to revive the enduro this year?
What would it look like if it's happening?

If it is going to happen (its on the calendar), let's try to get some momentum going, and make it happen.

This is not an ordinary race and the rules have changed a LOT over the years so it it VERY important that the rules be set EARLY so people can plan !

I just don't get it. Every year, the rules get messed with and each year attendance dwindles or it's just outright cancelled.

The Enduro used to have very simple rules (and very few of them) and attendance was great.

What's being proposed is not endurance racing.

Below is from the 2012 Rules and even this was getting a tad fluffy, requiring the motors to be recognized by ASN. THIS is what and Enduro looks like, No weights, no tire rules, stock appearing from a distance. Just drive it. 3 hours....GO !

Just trying a new format to se if we can have more than 4 people commit to the race this year. I agree it may not be an “endurance” race, however it’s going to be a long race and it’s going to be fun! Let’s make it happen this year then we can polish it up for next year!
