The Calgary Kart Racing Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on November 21, 2018.
Location: Tundra Process Solutions West building – 3200 118 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 3X1. Please park at the west side of the building and enter from the front of the building. The meeting will be in the training room. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the veteran’s food bank.
Main Agenda points are:
- Review of CKRC preliminary financials;
- Update on our AGLC funding change;
- Election of our new Executive — all of the positions have been filled. If any one else would like to run please let Fred Causer know;
- Other business.
